How do I join a group class?

Do you offer open gym memberships?

No — PDX Fitness Zone is a coached training facility. All sessions are booked directly with a trainer. We do not offer general memberships for independent open gym use.

Is there a contract or sign-up fee?

No long-term contracts and no initiation fees. Training is session-by-session or month-to-month depending on the trainer and format.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes. Reach out to any trainer, mention it's your first time, and they'll get you set up — usually at no charge for the first session.
