Alexa founded PDX Fitness Zone in 2020 with a passion to help people change their lives. Her approach centers on real strength built through the fundamentals — compound lifts, consistent progression, and a training environment where every client feels challenged and supported.

Strength-based with a focus on compound lifting utilizing barbells, as well as accessory strength work with kettlebells and dumbbells.

Corey Blue
Corey brings a high-energy, varied approach to fitness — no two of his sessions are the same. He blends Olympic lifting, bodyweight work, and calisthenics into workouts that challenge the whole athlete. His coaching philosophy is built around moving well, moving often, and having fun doing it.
